My daughter said "that's a really good book!" And my son said "I think God is the best ever!" This was a great little story explaining to them that they have a purpose and that God made them exactly who they're meant to be in life, not to compare their abilities and talents with others. The message is incredible, the delivery is perfect. My girl loves it so much we read it 7 times before bed the first night and she asked to sleep WITH the book - cuddling it close to her heart. 10/10 recommend!! She's 19 and I think she's struggling with what direction to go in (academically and socially) and figuring out what unique purpose God may have for her. The part about Sammy feeling like he was "stuck" made me want to cry. My daughter wasn't able to get a driver's license due to epilepsy and I know she's felt the sting of not having the same freedom to get around as her friends do. I'm hoping that after she gets done laughing at me that I got her a baby book, she will appreciate the message of this book. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2021 )

It has such a great lesson of loving ourselves as God created us and not longing to be anything other than what He made us to be. I homeschool my kids and we used this as a lesson for school this week and the importance of being who God made us to be, not letting the thief of comparison steal our joy.
